In the coaching process, the objective is to guide the client from Point A to Point B. Point A is the current situation, with its limitations, challenges and opportunities. Point B reflects the goals and aspirations that the client wants to achieve. Coaching acts as a bridge between these two points, offering support, clarity and personalized strategies so that the client moves towards success, overcoming obstacles and maximizing their potential.

This path is done in a structured way, with defined goals, deep reflection and practical actions that facilitate continuous progress. The coach helps maintain focus and offers the necessary tools for the client to develop new skills and adopt new perspectives, allowing them to achieve what they want in the most effective and sustainable way.

The coaching service is absolutely confidential and is understood at a personal level regarding the content covered in each session, as well as the confidentiality of professional and/or business data or information.

All notes and records made during the coaching process will serve the coach as support and will be kept securely and confidentially. The duty and practice of confidentiality does not end at the end of the coaching process and does not expire in time, except by express indication of the coachee/client or by legal imposition.

Coaching is a process of continuous growth, where the client climbs step by step, towards a higher level of achievement. Each step requires effort, dedication and, above all, a desire to evolve.
